Screen Printing and Embroidery

1. Screen Printing
Screen printing is a multi-step process that involves craftsmanship, artistry and technology. Our process is both manual and automated.
Screen printing pricing is based upon:
- The style and color of the garment
- Number of print locations
- Number of colors in the design (four maximum)
- Quantity ordered (12 item min. for one or two color imprints – 24 item min. for three or four color imprints)
- Additional charge for extended sizes (2XL and up)
- Screen/Film/Set-Up Charge $25 min. ($10 min. for repeat orders) A screen must be made for each color in each design and must be processed for each order. We are unable to store screens.
- Additional charge for special order inks such as matching PMS (pantone) colors.
- Dark shirts often require a charge for a white under print so that your colors will stand out.
Ask us about die-subbing for short runs of multi-color imprints.

What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a stitch file that is read by the embroidery machine. Digitizing is a multi-step process which includes analyzing the artwork to determine if it needs to be edited, “pathing” the design to determine the correct sequence of stitches, assigning embroidery stitch types, compensating for the “push and pull” of the fabric, and producing an embroidery sew-out for the customer to approve.
