POLICIES
- There is a two week turn around from art approval for screen printing and embroidery. When requested and when possible, we will do our best to expedite your order. Please plan ahead and remember to order extra shirts when items are screen printed in order to avoid additional set-up charges on re-orders.
- There is a 3 day turn around for digital printing from art approval.
- A 50% deposit is required for all orders with the balance due upon receipt.
- Artwork must be previewed before your quote can be finalized.
- All orders must be confirmed in writing. Production cannot commence until artwork and order details are approved in writing.
- A waiver must be signed when the customer supplies stock.
- Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Sending artwork:
Vector/line art is best for most designs. Convert all objects to curves/paths before sending. E-mail vector art in one of the following formats:
- .eps
- .ai
- .cdr Corel draw
For non-vectorized art, save the file at 300 dpi as one of the following:
- .psd (Adobe PhotoShop)
- .tiff
- .jpg
Non-vectorized art should be a one color print or it will need to be recreated (artwork fee will apply). An artwork fee will be charged for any changes that must be made to convert the art to print ready. A fee will not be charged for artwork received in usable form (no editing required).
Artwork charges are a one time fee calculated at $25 per half hour. Don’t forget, our graphic artists can create a unique logo or design for you.
Artwork proofs: Finalized artwork must be approved by e-mail, fax or in person before we can proceed with your order.
